Information on how to enter the Consolidated Energy Rewards (Promotion) and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
By participating in this Promotion you will be deemed to have:
(a) accepted these Terms and Conditions, available at www.consolidatedenergy.com.au/rewardspromotion; and
(b) expressly consented to our use of your provided information under the Privacy Act, Spam Act and other related communication and legislation for marketing and other Consolidated Energy business purposes.

The Promotion commences at 9:00 am (AEST) on Tuesday 20th July 2021 (tbc), and entries close 11:59 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 21st September, 2021 (Promotional Period).
How to Enter
To enter this Promotion, new clients must, during the Promotional Period, spend $1000 or more (ex gst) on any Consolidated Energy product/s to receive their choice of sporting team jersey (subject to availability from supplier).
Once this criteria has been met, the client must complete all details on the ‘claim my jersey page’ by visiting www.consolidatedenergy.com.au/rewardspromotion to claim their reward.
Only one jersey can be claimed per client account during the Promotion Period.
Jersey reward will be ordered based on the information provided within the claim form (www.consolidatedenergy.com.au/rewardspromotion). Requested sporting team and jersey size will be provided once order/jersey delivery has been fulfilled from our supplier (subject to availability at time of order). Your local/state representative will advise delivery accordingly.
Other
This is not a game of chance, all new clients that meet the spend entry criteria will be eligible to receive the sporting jersey reward of their choice (subject to availability at the time of request).
Consolidated Energy cannot be held liable for; incorrect information provided in the reward claim form submitted, the quality or condition of the reward supplied nor for any loss, damage, costs or other liability that may result in acceptance of the reward.
Consolidated Energy reserves to the right to discontinue this promotion at any time it deems fit.
Consolidated Energy Pty Ltd is not associated with the represented sporting entities and is purchasing rewards jersey from accredited merchandise supplier/s including (but not limited to); NRL, AFL, Premier League, A-League and/or others.
